  • I placed my order, but didn't receive my serial number yet

    When you place an order, your credit card is not charged immediately. The order is sent to El Dorado Software, where it is processed manually. Typically, this takes less than a day, but over weekends and holidays the time may be longer.

    The problem is usually from a Spam Checker associated with your e-mail system. There are a few helpful links in the e-mail, that sometimes trigger spam checkers falsely. Check your Spam folder for items with the word "3rd PlanIt" in the subject.

    If it's been more than 3 days and you haven't received your serial number, and you've looked in the Spam folder(s), you can send an e-mail to 3PI at TrackPlanning to follow-up.
