Due to an increasing number of intrusions by people who wish to post illicit materials, forum registration must now be done by El Dorado Software.
To do so, send an e-mail to 3pi at TrackPlanning dot-com with a subject line about model railroading, containing a note about your particular interests, your first choice for a user name, and of course your e-mail address.
When your account is created, an e-mail will be sent to the address you provide. This is to verify that your address is correct, and you are indeed the authorized user. You need to visit a link in this message in order to be authorized to post.
If you haven't received the e-mail message, check your spam folders. There may be one on your computer in its e-mail system, and another at your ISP, so please make sure to check all possible locations.
